2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract between the provider and the user is concluded when the user registers on the website and uses the offered services.

3. Service Description

The provider offers users the opportunity to create premium resumes and cover letters, as well as take advantage of job placement services and interview questions.

4. Prices and Terms of Payment

The use of the provider's services is based on a subscription model. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or Twint. Refunds are not possible once premium resumes or cover letters have been generated and exported.

5. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information and to respect the copyrights of third parties.

6. Liability Limitations

The provider is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by users in connection with the use of the website or the services.

7. Cancellation and Termination of Contracts

Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions in the account settings.

8. Changes to the T&C

The provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. In the event of changes to the T&C, users will be informed and asked to agree to the new version of the T&C.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C is Uznach, Switzerland.

10. Severability Clause

Should any individual provisions of these T&C be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
